Future-Driven & Science-Based
Welcome to ARQIV.fm — the podcast where bold questions meet real science. Each episode dives deep into speculative technology, experimental science, and existential thought experiments with a mix of high-energy storytelling, unexpected humor, and grounded insight.
From mind uploading to AI ethics, space probes to simulated realities, ARQIV connects today’s edge-of-science research with tomorrow’s what-if scenarios — all while asking the one question that really matters:
What does it mean to be human in a world we’re still inventing?
If you're curious, future-driven, science-based, and love a good laugh while your brain melts a little — this is your archive of what’s next.
🎧 Listen now. Think forever.

About Steve Ryan
Host of The ARQIV
Steve Ryan spent over a decade building systems and solving problems at Amazon, where he helped design tools that saved millions in lost inventory. Then, after a medical incident reminded him that life is too short to die for a job title, he walked away from it all.
Today, he’s the mind behind Arqiv LLC., and the voice of the extraordinary (ARQIV). He unpacks the future of AI, productivity, and science fiction, blending wit, curiosity, and a touch of sarcasm to help listeners think more deeply, without taking life too seriously.
He’s a skeptic with a heart, a futurist with a past, and a recovering corporate soldier trying to make sense of what matters, one podcast episode at a time.
When he’s not recording, Steve is chasing after his son, Luke, imagining new worlds, or quietly rebuilding his life with creativity, clarity, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.
